Roasted the remaining 2-Java blend with hints of cempedak and sweet lychee.

We had a good time. Thanks to Leong for opening the Lab and allowing many the opportunity to 'play' barista. Some had the joy of making their own latte art and drinking their creation. Wonderful.

Thanks for all who came, without you there is no reason to be Syiok. 

Let's see what we can do next time...... blending? roasting? planting coffee plants? pressure/temp profiling? ... at the end of the day is enjoying a great cup of coffee and talk-talk....

Nice to see the last gathering at KF's and this time at Leong's packed with people until the aircond also cannot cope with the  heat from the machines, boilers and body heat... woo hoo
